Q: How Do I Place An Order?
A:

You may place you order online or by phone. Final confirmation will be made by phone along with payment and delivery arrangements. Please place orders as you are making travel arrangements to ensure availability. Orlando Crib Rental can finalize delivery specifics as the date of your arrival nears. Reserve as early as possible for weekends, holidays, and summer travel. We will always try to accommodate last-minute plans. If your baby’s needs include something you don’t find on our website call our office and we will do our best to accommodate you.


Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
A:

As soon as you know your travel details you should go ahead and place your order to assure we will have availability! We do occasionally run out!


Q: Where do you deliver and what are your delivery charges and hours?
A:

We deliver and pickup all equipment for Free from your destination as long as orders are $70 or more and your delivery location is within the Walt Disney World Resort area, If orders are less than $70 and/or outside of the WDW Resort area please add Delivery Service to shopping cart. We deliver to private residences, villas, condos, resorts and hotels. Please be VERY specific with the address, we must be able to get these things to you! As for the timing - we guarantee that the items will be there before standard check-in time (4pm) - so they may be waiting for you when you arrive. Items must be packaged and ready for pick up by 10am on the day of departure!! Cribs can be set up in you room prior to your arrival. Strollers, car seats (if not being met at OIA), high chairs, etc are usually left with the concierge or bellhop for pick up upon your arrival. These items can also be placed in your room prior to arrival for a small service fee.


Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A:

Your credit card will be charged immediately and your order will be confirmed by email or a verification phone call to check the accuracy of the order.


Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A:

Orlando Crib Rental knows that plans can change. All orders cancelled 30 days prior to the delivery date will be charged 50% of the order. If an order is cancelled one week in advance (7 days) you will be charged 75% of the order.


Q: What is the minimum rental requirement?
A:

Yes, We require a $50 minimum for all orders. Delivery charges will be applied. There is no minimum amount of items required as long as the final charge is $50 or more.


Q: What about safety and cleanliness?
A:

Orlando Crib Rental believes that the safety of your children is of the utmost importance. Orlando Crib Rental utilizes only JPMA approved products. All equipment is purchased new and is sanitized and checked for safety after each use. Orlando Crib Rental registers every product with the manufacturer and monitors every piece of equipment for recalls. See our recall page here.


Q: Are there discounts on multiples of the same item or long-term rentals?
A:

Yes. As a mother of multiples I understand the challenges facing parents of twins, triplets, or more! Please inquire with us about discounts for multiples of the same item, and for long-term rentals. We want to make your visit to the Orlando / Kissimmee area as easy as possible.


Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal payments and cash. A credit card number is required to secure your reservation, but alternate forms of payment are accepted. Credit card payments will be charged 48 hours prior to delivery. Please arrange special payment needs with and Orlando Crib Rental professional.


Q: What are your hours of operation?
A:

You may make reservations by phone anytime between the hours of 8:00 am until 6:00 pm. An Orlando Crib Rental professional is available outside of these hours during your stay for any service question or issue you may have.


Q: What other Services does Orlando Crib Rental provide?
A:

Orlando Crib Rental also offers a meet and greet service from Orlando International Airport. An Orlando Crib Rental professional will meet you as you arrive at Orlando International Airport. We will provide your car seats and help load your bags into your rental car. We will then lead you to your rental home, resort, or hotel so that it is easy for you to find. The fee for this service starts at $50 but the regular pick up fee for car seats is waived.


Q: Do you install car seats?
A:

Sorry due to liability Orlando Crib Rental does not install car seats. Orlando Crib Rental will provide a copy of the installation instructions from the manufacturer with every car seat.


Q: Do you offer a discount to armed forces members?
A:

Yes. We support our troops! All armed forces members with proper ID will receive a 10% discount on all equipment rentals. Please confirm you discount when speaking with you Orlando Crib Rental representative during your order conformation.
