Ordering is simple. Just follow these easy steps below:
 
  • 1. From the home page select the products tab and choose the items you want to rent.
  • 2. When finished shopping select the check out tab.
  • 3. Fill in your information on the reservation form that follows.
  • 4. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. If you are in need of service within 24 hours place your order first then give us a call 407-433-7770
  • 5. Thats it your done. We will deliver and pick up based on the dates and times you designated on your form.

Deliveries

 
Hotels:
All items can be picked up and dropped off from either the hotel Bell Desk, Front Desk or Guests Services so you do not have to be there when we deliver or pickup. When you checkout you must have made contact with Orlando Crib Rental so we can discuss where you are leaving the items back at the front desk or if we are coming to the room to pick up from you. IF you fail to make contact with us and we have a hard time retreiving the item(s) there will be a $75 fee.

 
Private Residences:
We will deliver, pickup and set up the equipment at your residence. Just select the “Private Residence” option on the reservation form and fill in the delivery address. Orlando Crib Rental has three delivery time slots you can choose from or you can choose for us to “arrange time window with local contact”. We do not allow equipment to be left outside for delivery or pickup. If you are in a gated community don’t forget to leave us the gate code in the “Special Instructions” section of the order form or inform the security gate that we are coming.

 
Rental Properties:
Deliveries to Rental Properties can work one of two ways.
 
  1. You or someone in your party needs to be at the property at the beginning of the time slot that was selected on the reservation form. If you are staying in a gated community don’t forget to leave us the gate code in the “Special Instructions” section of the order form or inform the security gate that we are coming.
 
  1. If you or someone in your party can not be available for the delivery at the beginning of any of the time slots, you can choose for Orlando Crib Rental to “arrange time window with local contact or property manager”. Just select the “Rental Home/Condo” option on the reservation form and give us the property managers information. Don’t forget to let them know that you are renting baby equipment.  If you are staying in a gated community don’t forget to leave us the gate code in the “Special Instructions” section of the order form or inform the security gate that we are coming.
 
Airport Delivery:
To arrange airport delivery click the button to select “New Delivery Option”, then select the airport option, you will need to click the checkout button again to continue filling out the reservation form. All airport deliveries will be met at the crubside pick up in front of your airlines. We Do offer to meet in the car rental area for a fee of $20. Make sure to provide your flight and car rental information on the reservation form along with an estimated time of your arrival and departure, also please have your cell phone at hand so we reach you while you travel.

 
Separate Delivery/Pickup location:
We can pick up your rental equipment from a different location than the one it was dropped off at, simply specify the pick up address in the “Special Instructions” section of your reservation form. Additional fees may apply.

 
Order Changes
You can make changes through our editing system in a few simple steps.
  1. Login to your Orlando Crib Rental account.
  2. Select “My Orders”.
  3. Select the “Edit Orders”
  4. Once you have made your desired changes select the “Confirm Updates” button at the bottom of the page.
 
You can also request changes and ask questions using the “Message” button.Please note that all changes are subject to availability and will be confirmed through email.

 
Billing Information:
As soon as your order is placed your card will be verified and then charged within 48 hours. Order cancellations or adjustments due to order changes will be applied to the credit card on file. Sorry we do not accept cash or checks.
